ISurpass respects and protects the privacy of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, iSurpass will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. But iSurpass will treat the information with a high degree of diligence and a duty of care. Unless otherwise provided in this privacy policy, iSurpass will not disclose or provide such information to any third party without your prior permission. ISurpass will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the iSurpass service usage agreement, you shall be deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the iSurpass service usage agreement.

1. Scope of application

A) when you register the iSurpass account, you provide the personal registration information required by iSurpass;

A) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by iSurpass platform;

B) information data collected by iSurpass, including but not limited to participation, transaction information and evaluation details;

C) act in violation of laws or rules of iSurpass and the measures that iSurpass has taken against you.

2. Use of information

A) iSurpass won't come to any irrelevant third party to provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information, unless get your permission in advance, or the third party and iSurpass (including iSurpass affiliates) alone or together to provide the service for you, and at the end of the service, it will be banned from access to be able to access all the information including its before.

B) iSurpass also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. ISurpass reserves the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with any iSurpass user who is found to be engaged in any of the above activities.

3. Information disclosure

ISurpass will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or the provisions of the law:

4. Information storage and exchange

Information and data collected by iSurpass about you will be stored on the servers of iSurpass and/or its affiliates, which may be transmitted to and accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region, or location of iSurpass.

5. Use of cookies
