SpaceManager respects and protects the privacy of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, SpaceManager will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. But SpaceManager will treat the information with a high degree of diligence and a duty of care. Unless otherwise provided in this privacy policy, SpaceManager will not disclose or provide such information to any third party without your prior permission. SpaceManager will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the SpaceManager service usage agreement, you shall be deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the SpaceManager service usage agreement.

1. Scope of application

A) when you register the SpaceManager account, you provide the personal registration information required by SpaceManager;

B) when you use the SpaceManager network service or visit the SpaceManager platform webpage, SpaceManager automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristic information and web page record required by you;

C) user personal data obtained by SpaceManager from business partners through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:

A) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by SpaceManager platform;

B) information data collected by SpaceManager, including but not limited to participation, transaction information and evaluation details;

C) act in violation of laws or rules of SpaceManager and the measures that SpaceManager has taken against you.

2. Use of information

A) SpaceManager won't come to any irrelevant third party to provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information, unless get your permission in advance, or the third party and SpaceManager (including SpaceManager affiliates) alone or together to provide the service for you, and at the end of the service, it will be banned from access to be able to access all the information including its before.

B) SpaceManager also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. SpaceManager reserves the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with any SpaceManager user who is found to be engaged in any of the above activities.

C) for the purpose of serving users, SpaceManager may provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending product and service information to you by using your personal information, or share information with SpaceManager partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information disclosure

SpaceManager will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or the provisions of the law:

A) disclose to a third party with your prior consent;

B) share your personal information with third parties to provide the products and services you require;

C) disclose to a third party or to an administrative or judicial institution in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities;

D) if you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or SpaceManager service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

4. Information storage and exchange

Information and data collected by SpaceManager about you will be stored on the servers of SpaceManager and/or its affiliates, which may be transmitted to and accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region, or location of SpaceManager.

5. Use of cookies
