iSurpass Access respects and protects the privacy of all users using the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, iSurpass Access will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. 1. Scope of application

A) when you register the iSurpass Access account, you provide the personal registration information required by iSurpass Access;

B) when you use the iSurpass Access network service or visit the iSurpass Access platform webpage, iSurpass Access automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristic information and web page record required by you;

C) user personal data obtained by iSurpass Access from business partners through legal means.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:

A) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by iSurpass Access platform;

B) information data collected by iSurpass Access, including but not limited to participation, transaction information and evaluation details;

C) act in violation of laws or rules of iSurpass Access and the measures that iSurpass Access has taken against you.

2. Use of information

A) iSurpass Access won't come to any irrelevant third party to provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information, unless get your permission in advance, or the third party and iSurpass Access (including iSurpass Access affiliates) alone or together to provide the service for you, and at the end of the service, it will be banned from access to be able to access all the information including its before.

B) iSurpass Access also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information by any means. iSurpass Access reserves the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with any iSurpass Access user who is found to be engaged in any of the above activities.

C) for the purpose of serving users, iSurpass Access may provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending product and service information to you by using your personal information, or share information with iSurpass Access partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information disclosure

iSurpass Access will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or the provisions of the law:

A) disclose to a third party with your prior consent;

B) share your personal information with third parties to provide the products and services you require;

C) disclose to a third party or to an administrative or judicial institution in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities;

D) if you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or iSurpass Access service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

E) if you are the qualified complainant of intellectual property and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the complainant at the request of the complainant so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

F) in a transaction created on the iSurpass Access platform, if either party of the transaction performs or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and makes a request for information disclosure, iSurpass Access shall have the right to provide such necessary information as the contact information of the other party of the transaction to the user to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of the dispute.

G) other disclosures as deemed appropriate by laws, regulations or website policies.

4. Information storage and exchange

Information and data collected by iSurpass Access about you will be stored on the servers of iSurpass Access and/or its affiliates, which may be transmitted to and accessed, stored and displayed outside your country, region, or location of iSurpass Access.

5. Use of cookies

A) if you do not refuse to accept cookies, iSurpass Access will set or fetch cookies on your computer

so that you can log in or use the iSurpass Access platform service or functionality that relies on cookies. iSurpass Access USES cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.
